The Global Service Desk team uses a remote monitoring and management (RMM) tool to provide real-time visibility into network conditions. Performance degradations and network device failures are identified whenever they occur through alerts so that prompt issue troubleshooting and resolution can be initiated. The RMM analytics engineer can proactively identify utilization trends and detailed information to ensure availability, reliability and performance.
