# Cloud & Infrastructure

> Data center, cloud platforms, and recovery, designed, built, and operated as one accountable program around the workloads you actually run.

## At a glance

- **2N:** Redundant power
- **N+1:** Cooling
- **1 MW:** Data center IT capacity
- **SOC 2 Type II:** Audited data center

## Why it matters

Most infrastructure problems are not technology problems. Workloads sprawl across vendors, recovery is assumed but never tested, and no single team owns uptime.

- One accountable team across colocation, cloud, and recovery
- A SOC 2 Type II audited data center with 2N power and N+1 cooling
- Rehearsed, verified disaster recovery rather than assumed recovery
- Spend optimized against the infrastructure you already own

> Data center: **1MW** of IT capacity in the Encore data center, with 2N redundant power and N+1 cooling.
> Encore data center.

## How Encore works

### 1. Advise — Discovery & current-state assessment

We map your environment, dependencies, and constraints before recommending anything.

- Stakeholder interviews
- Inventory & dependency mapping
- Risk & gap analysis
- Success metrics defined

### 2. Design — Reference architecture & platform selection

We translate findings into a platform-agnostic architecture, a phased roadmap, and a recommendation made on the merits.

- Detailed requirements
- Reference architecture
- Platform & TCO evaluation
- Design review & sign-off

### 3. Implement — Migration & rehearsed cutover

We build, migrate, and integrate with full testing and a rehearsed cutover.

- Build & configuration
- Workload migration
- Integration testing
- Cutover & hypercare
